Administrative Secretary

Main tasks 

As an Administrative Secretary, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations. Your tasks will include :

  • Managing phone calls

  • Scheduling appointments related to trailer fleet maintenance

  • Administrative follow-up

  • Layout and review of documents

  • Support in the preparation of various documents

  • Database entry and updating

  • Creation of various projects

  • Performing various related administrative tasks

  • Providing training via webinar or in person

  • Assisting with logistics

  • Any other necessary tasks

 

Profile

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

  • Efficiency, reliability, autonomy, versatility, and initiative

  • Strong judgment regarding the privileged information to which you will have access

  • Organizational skills, good priority management, and the ability to work with tight deadlines

  • Excellent knowledge of the following Microsoft office tools: Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Very comfortable with the IT and office environment

  • Motivated by challenges and a desire to make a difference

 

Requirements

  • DEP or AEC in secretarial work or any other related training

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. Duties in English include oral communication via videoconference during meetings, as well as document translation and email writing

  • Experience in logistics or training, a major asset
